韓式辣醬油涼拌汁Korean Soy Sauce Dressing

乾辣椒Dried chili pepper 5 支 each
醬油 Soy sauce 1 杯 cup
魚乾 Dried fish 10 克 g
蘋果 Apple 1/2 個 each
洋蔥 Onion1/4 個 each
大蒜 Garlic 3 瓣 Clove
酒 Cooking wine 1 大匙 Tbs
柴魚湯頭 Bonito soup base 1/2 杯 cup

做法﹕將以上材料煮滾後用小火熬煮 30 分鐘﹐或到醬汁剩下一半。倒過濾網留下的醬汁待涼後即可使用。
Procedure: Bring all the ingredients to a boil. Turn the heat to low and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until the sauce reduce to half. Mix all the ingredients. Pour the mixture through a strainer. Let the sauce completely cool down before use.
